Tax Services
We offer a range of tax services for individuals, businesses, trusts, estates and not-for-profit entities including tax preparation, tax planning and IRS representation. Chi-Hung Lee, CPA, carefully reviews all tax returns before they are filed. He is very knowledgeable of tax laws and has the expertise to handle even the most complex tax situations. We strive to prepare tax returns for our clients that result in the lowest possible tax liability. We have over 500 tax clients in a wide variety of industries and tax situations and therefore have experience in preparing returns for nearly any type of client. We are available year-round to answer any tax questions our clients might have. Our tax professionals ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Bookkeeping Services
We offer bookkeeping services to help businesses keep their financial records organized and up-to-date. We have years of experience working with many small and medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries in Washington State. Our bookkeeping services include monthly bank reconciliation, payroll processing and financial statement/compilation report preparation.
Our payroll services for clients may include processing payroll for the business' employees on a continual basis using Quickbooks Desktop or Quickbooks Online payroll services, overseeing retirement contributions, and preparing quarterly federal and Washington State payroll tax returns.
Many of our business clients also have us create and file local and state business excise tax returns for them on a monthly or quarterly basis.
We are also available to consult with new and existing business clients on common issues such as entity formation or change (i.e., Corporation vs. LLC), retirement plans, tax projections and any other questions pertaining to their businesses.
